Truly appreciative of my collaboration with Mary, as she applied her talent on a paper towel instead of the usual TP and it turned out just as good. She put the right amount of time, effort and imagination to make sure my gift comes out as nice as possible, and I was delighted by the outcome even if we had to figure out a different solution for the design and the mailing package given the specifics of the item. It really felt like we were working together and her communication and customer service skills are top-notch. The embroidery is high quality and I'm glad I chose her as my husband liked the gift so much he wants to have it on display at our house. Lastly, the product shipped fast and she even put a small label on the side warning me to open it carefully so I don't damage the paper.
